Coming from an out of towner visiting for travel, this place rocked! Right on Front Street, easy to hit while in the Dumbo area. Great vintage finds like local TShirts and other cool stuff. Lots of expensive designer stuff too that was neat but of no interest to me. My friends dad is a firefighter and I found an old retro FDNY shirt for him here that was only $30. A nice store, curated well! Definitely stop in.

This place was such a letdown. I brought in unworn pieces from brands like Saint Laurent, Isabel Marant, and Balenciaga, most from last season or the one before. I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere near what I paid, but getting offered $90 for 13 items was a slap in the face—it didn’t even cover the taxes I paid on them. After waiting over three hours for them to evaluate everything, I decided not to sell anything. Honestly, I’d rather donate my clothes to someone who needs them next time.

The person checking bags was extremely rude and unprofessional. He threw my bag into a box with all the other bags near the front door. When I returned to pick it up, he asked me which one was mine, then rummaged through the bags like they were a pile of garbage. I ended up having to search for it myself, only to realize that it had opened when he tossed it in, leaving my belongings scattered. He didn’t offer any help and just stood there watching while I tried to gather my things.

Why is this even a thing? Are you telling me you can’t afford a less barbaric way of storing people’s bags, like hangers or lockers?

I have to admit, selling my clothes to them was definitely not my finest moment. I was feeling so worn out and overwhelmed that I made a hasty decision without thinking it through. Can you believe I ended up selling 38 pieces from expensive brands for just $41? It was quite a shock! Needless to say, I won't be going back there anytime soon. I've learned my lesson and now know better than to expect a fair price from them. Lesson learned, right?

I visited this store yesterday, and my experience with the manager working yesterday (mid-long hair blond white guy) was terrible to say the least. He did not only make me feel irritated from the moment I stepped into the store with his weird expressions & stares, while leaving he rudely stopped me to check my sweathirt that I brought with me implying that I stole it from the store. He yelled from behind the counter "Oh what's that!" to me while I was walking out. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable! After seeing that it was mine he tried to downplay it saying "He liked the design and wanted to check it out" but it definitely did not feel like that. How incredibly rude!! How as a manager of a store you mistakenly accuse someone of stealing!! As an employee you have to check what customers come in with, people shop around and have other stuff with them, do you expect customers to come in empty handed? How unprofessional and rude!! I was shocked by this interaction and later I went back to the store to make a compliant and confront him and tell him how disrespectful and unprofessional his attitude was. That's when I found out he was a manager which was insane to me how such a rude and disrespectful person ended up being a manager of this nice store. He did not apologize properly and also tried to gaslight me into thinking I made it up and he only was interested in my sweathirt's design. Other employees were cute and I feel bad for them for having to work with such an insecure and mean person. I will never be going back to this place!!

Go up
